for representative agents / mediators

in purpose of sale buses, special vehicles and spare parts of IKARBUS AD manufacturing program, at the market of:

Serbia, CEFT countries, the Member States, Russia, Turkey, Iceland, Switzerland, Norway, Northern America, Southern America, Near East countries, Africa, Asia, Australia, and New Zeland.

Participation is open on equal terms to all legal persons who are doing agency business in sale means of transport, and spare parts, at least 2 years.

Interested bidders must submit, besides offer:
The evidence of registration at responding state authority, which presents that the company, complies with the conditions of an agency activity in sale, and with indicating the authorized person for agency - representing the entire company,
Solvency of the company against the evidence, that in the last year before this announcement, the company’s account has not been blockade.

Besides the above proofs, interested bidders must:
express themselves, which market they want to: represent – agency for sale buses, special vehicles, and spare parts,
submit the reference list of the customers, they have sold means of transport, and spare parts to, in the last two years.

The relationship beetwen Ikarbus AD, and chosen agent, will be regulated in details by the Contract of Agency.

The registrations must be delivered until 25.01.2007., on the following address:
